Your Inventory screen will display some quick info on all the vehicles in your inventory. Click on one to view detailed information, add repairs, print a Buyer's Guide, and more. The General tab on the Adding Vehicles screen allows you to enter new vehicles into the Frazer system. A VIN decoder speeds data entry, and you can add costs, vendors, and photos to your vehicle. You can track your Floor Planning curtailment amounts and dates due. The Sales tab tracks any associate customer information and stores vehicle features provided by the VIN decoder. In addition, you can enter a suggested Retail Price and Wholesale Price.
Adding repair details is easy with Frazer. You may add as many costs as you need to your vehicle file. Each cost allows you to associate a vendor for easy repair cost tracking. Track information about each vehicle's previous owner. Add an unlimited number of photos for each vehicle, and upload them to your website.
Create vehicle to-do lists, record the off-site location of your vehicle or other information as desired. Upload your inventory through Frazer to any of these vendors.

The pricing screen allows you to set the vehicle price, taxes, fees, and to structure the financing you have arranged for the customer. You may add the customer's contact information, co-buyer, insurance, credit application, and customer source to the deal by clicking the customer tab. Add the lien holder information for your car sales deal. It is convenient to enter your costs associated with the sale on the costs tab. You may also add salesmen and calculate their commissions here.
Frazer checks OFAC's SDN list (terrorist list) against the customer name you enter and logs a record of all names checked for you to print as you need it. Frazer includes a Credit Application that you can print and allow your customers to complete, or you can enter the information directly into your software. Credit Report buttons can be found wherever you enter or review customer information. Click on the Credit Report button and this screen will pop up letting you pull a credit report using the services of First Advantage CredCo or 700Credit. If your customer's residence address is different from their mailing address, you can easily store both addresses.
Save your customer's insurance information. Frazer can notify you when your customer's insurance reaches its expiration date. Frazer lets you enter your cobuyer's contact information.
